Improved Learning Outcomes

Our support workers assist NDIS participants to access community activities such as art classes and sport coaching, where they can build skills and independence, transition through school or further their education. We provide training in planning and plan management, as well as building financial skills and organisational skills. Our goal is for clients to develop the required skills to become self-managed or to be capable of directing their carer, support worker or family.

For some NDIS participants, becoming self-managed is a goal that we work towards together. In other circumstances, our support workers will provide domestic support, transport and travel assistance along with other vital services to assist clients in achieving their learning goals. We listen to the unique needs of each client before developing and implementing a management and learning plan.
