Kelch Care is based in Tamworth and services clients all over the Northwest region of New South Wales. Our network of registered nurses, aged care/disability support staff and psychosocial recovery coaches all care about the quality of time spent with each client. We provide a personalised service with a focus on recovery and development. 

Our support workers guide clients through every step of the process—from navigating the NDIS scheme to establishing a support plan and developing life skills. We also work closely with families and carers to ensure clients can achieve their goals and learning outcomes, while having the opportunity to grow and become more independent.
