We focus on your needs rather than our needs, and we will encourage you to participate in creating your everyday plan.

Our entire support team communicates using language and terms that the participant is most likely to understand, so you can feel confident and understood each step of the way! We take a client-centred approach, workshopping specific goals within each participant’s individual plan. Kelch Care’s support staff ensures that they understand participant's care plan before providing support. Community Nursing

Our registered community nurses create and implement care plans based on your unique health condition, the level of care required, and the appropriate medical interventions needed.

Domestic Support Page

Our dedicated support workers will assist with day-to-day domestic duties such as tidying up, washing & ironing, preparing meals, shopping, changing bed linen and much more!

Accommodation & Tenancy Assistance

We provide tenancy assistance to help clients find long-term accommodation that suits their specific requirements. This includes helping with packing & unpacking, completing application forms and more.

Social & Community Participation

Participate in community events such as art classes and sport sessions; improve your social skills and develop confidence. Through social & community participation, participants take part in activities to build capacity with mentoring and peer support.

Psychosocial Recovery Support

Our psychosocial recovery support services are designed to increase the motivations, resilience and decision-making skills for all participating clients. We’ll implement a recovery plan that suits your specific needs.
